ASC 1 Grinding machine

The ASC-1 automatic grinder is a machine designed exclusively for sharpening TCT circular saw blades. Its main feature is the adjustment for different diameters and numerous divisions.

Circular saw blades up to 800 mm in diameter can be sharpened for cutting wood, MDF, plastics and non-ferrous metals.

With extremely simple and fast setting, the machine starts its sharpening process, and automatically shuts off as soon as the last tooth has been sharpened.

As a differential, the ASC-1 has its cabinet made of 1/4” thick steel plate with anti-vibration shoes and complete cooling system;

The variable feed speed system allows better quality in roughing and finishing;

The main sliding car is mounted on linear guides, ensuring extreme precision and smoothness of the set;

The saw blade diameter adjustment guides are treated with the exclusive plasma nitriding process, which prevents premature wear and loss of precision.
