Technical characteristics:

The friction and hot-cut sawblades are made of special high-alloy steels.

Friction sawblades are recommended for cutting tubes and thin-walled profiles (approximately 0.025 mm x ø mm) and work at temperatures not exceeding 250 ºC. Hot sawblades are recommended for working at temperatures above 850 ºC. The recommended cutting speed is Vc = 100 to 140m/sec and feed rate Vf = 80 to 2000 mm/min.
