Guiding parameters for application and identification of the high-speed steel sawblades.
Choice of the saw with a diameter compatible with the machine specification. (Also check the shaft and the corresponding central hole of the sawblade).
Identify the type of material cut in the columns below. Assess the dimension of the material cut in the lines below (profile with wall or solid).
At the intersection of the columns (material cut) and the line (material dimension) the appropriate pitch will be identified.
Use the formula below to calculate the number of teeth.
Always use the cooling recommended by the machine manufacturer.
Fix the cut material well.
At the first sign of increased cutting effort, immediately sharpen the sawblade.
