The machines are assembled in ASTM A36 structural steel;
Built in blocks of laser and plasma cut sheets with the purpose of being super resistant and with a long useful life and easy maintenance;
The continuous handling parts are galvanized and treated to give strength and finish to the machine;
The cutting advance system is hydraulic with hydro check that provides a fine adjustment of the speed of lowering the cutting belt.
The pieces are prepared with a surface treatment bath with electrostatic painting. The cutting support table is designed so that the material when cutting does not suffer cutting deviations, which contributes to a better durability of the belt and the machine;
The grade system is one of the best and fastest than it has been seen, since it is very easy to operate and highly functional, providing an optimal cut in materials that need perfect adjustments.
The cooling system is a water pump that is located inside the base of the machine coupled to the tank box that is connected when the saw is activated.
The machine has safety and warning stickers on its structure to alert the operator of the risk of an accident when handling the machine. The electrical components are of recognized brands and comply with current technical standards.
The machine has a well-calculated height so that the operator does not have health problems over the years. The machine is guaranteed for 1 year against manufacturing defects.
The warranty does not cover components subject to wear, such as: cutting belt, motors, pumps, relays, sensors, limit switches, fuses, lamps, buttons, hoses, paint and seals. The warranty does not cover defects and accidents resulting from operation, improper use of the equipment or for repairs made by the Buyer without prior written permission from the Manufacturer during the warranty period.
